WULFDUCK Insurance Consulting provides independent insurance advisory services, including plan comparisons, coverage guidance, and enrollment support for health, supplemental, and life insurance. We do not provide legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice. Insurance quotes, plan options, and product availability vary by carrier, jurisdiction, and individual eligibility.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services — including when submitting contact forms, quote requests, or scheduling consultations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with third-party platforms you use through our service.
Insurance coverage is subject to carrier underwriting, state availability, and the terms and conditions of the final policy. Submitting a quote request or consultation form does not guarantee coverage, approval, or enrollment. Any coverage limits, premiums, deductibles, or benefits discussed during consultation are estimates based on information you provide and are subject to final carrier determination.
Consultations are scheduled through our Calendly integration at your convenience. Appointments are reserved for the time you select. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule so we may make the time available to other clients. Repeated no-shows may result in a request to schedule by phone.
We work diligently to find the best available coverage options based on the information you provide, but we cannot guarantee specific premium amounts, coverage approval, or plan availability. Insurance markets, carrier participation, and regulatory requirements change — and outcomes depend on individual circumstances that are outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WULFDUCK Insurance Consulting, its founder, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services — including but not limited to claims based on coverage decisions, plan selections, or reliance on information provided through this site.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WULFDUCK Insurance Consulting, its founder, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including reasonable attorney fees — arising from your use of this website, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
This website integrates with third-party platforms — including an Agent CRM form, a Calendly scheduling widget, and standard web analytics. While we select providers that meet our standards for security and reliability, we are not responsible for the terms, policies, or practices of any third-party service.
